We provide free training and mentorship. Selected candidates are guaranteed placement on a team. Participation does not guarantee specific sales results, income levels, or promotions.

Sponsored relocation and housing are offered only to accepted candidates. Housing arrangements may vary based on team, season, and availability. Housing for accepted candidates is provided at no charge.

Earnings and commissions depend entirely on individual performance. We do not guarantee income. All compensation policies follow Vivint’s official pay structure.

Average reps make $10K–$40K a month during the summer season.
Based on Elite Sales Group rep results. 100% commission. Results vary with effort.
This figure is not a guarantee of income.

You agree to maintain professionalism, follow training guidelines, respect team leaders, and comply with all company policies while participating in the program.

We are not responsible for personal losses, travel issues, temporary housing changes, or outcomes resulting from your performance or decisions during the program.
